The Basic Massage is a full body massage of your choice. You may choose 60 minutes, 75 minutes or 90 minutes. All massage therapies include the use of warm oils, steamed towels and a blissful scalp treatment.

A very relaxing and soothing massage using gentle but firm long strokes to the entire body.

Deep Tissue Massage and Sports Massage
This a perfect massage for anyone who needs more than relaxation for their muscles.The focus is on releasing the inner core of tension within muscle tissue. Do your shoulders feel stiff on occasion? Do your legs hurt after running or working out? Do you enjoy a deeper massage experience? Deep tissue or sports massage is for you.

Injury Massage and Chronic Pain Treatment
This is specialized massage made for people who have been in accidents, have broken or sprained muscles, tendons or ligaments and are in need of rehab, or have diseases causing chronic pain and/or chronic fatigue. You will learn simple exercises to do on a daily basis to bring more comfort into your life. Successive sessions are highly recommended for best results.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy
The most subtle yet deepest form of bodywork available, cranio-sacral therapy works by releasing disturbances which affect the membranes and fluid surrounding and protecting the brain and spinal cord. I work with your body's natural internal rhythm to restore muscular and structural balance which brings about a profound and heavenly inner experience.

Hot Stone Therapy
In native traditions around the world, hot stones have been used on the body for healing purposes. Warm stones are placed on your entire body allowing gradual heat to filter though your body to the core of your muscles. An excellent therapy for relaxation. Use in conjunction with any massage therapies offered.
